"Caution for Shoppers"
This isn't the True Sans you might expect. Want to see the chat transcript? I still got it. I got back to them in no time with the recording that showed the issues on both machines. John didn’t even touch on the first problem. As for the second SANS unit, he just said not to stress since the warning light would likely pop up in a few days to a week. I reminded him that I had already swapped the filters once and reset both lights at the same time. So, they should’ve lit up together or at least a week apart, and that’s when SANS just stopped communicating. Oh SANS, why you gotta be like that? 😂
I bought three units, and they do the job okay. Not as fantastic as advertised, but they did help my allergies a bit. Then I started having some small issues with two of them. When I raised the concern with the company, their response was, "This has never happened before." I pointed out that there’s always a first time, and then they went silent. Good product, but the customer service? Not so great. The reason you don’t hear the bad stuff is 'cause they shut down all the negative feedback.

This is not True Sans, would you like to see a copy of the transcript conversation? I still have it. I replied back within minutes with the recording, which showed the problem in both machines. I purchased three units and they work decently. Not as great as they claim but it definitely helped with my allergies to an extent. Then I started experiencing minor problems with two of my units. When I brought the problem to the companies attention, the company line was, "This has never happened before." When I pointed out there is always a first they stopped talking. Decent product Really bad customer service. The reason you don't hear the negative is bc they block all bad press.

I previously shared my thoughts, and I want to add something crucial: if you're thinking about returning the Sans for a refund, make sure to keep the box and all the packaging. I felt pretty sure after seeing all those positive reviews, but I didn’t hold onto the packaging. Now, I'm in a bit of a bind. On top of that, they removed my review from Facebook, which makes me a tad skeptical about those 5-star ratings on their website.

I've left an earlier review and as an additional piece of information, buyers need to be aware that they need to save the box and all packaging if they want to return the Sans for a refund. I was confident after reading so many glowing reviews and I didn't save the packaging. I'm out of luck. Additionally, the company has deleted my Facebook review. I'm very suspicious of the 5 Star reviews on their site.

I got myself the Sans air cleaner and I really dig it! It does a fantastic job of cleaning the air just like they said it would. It's a solid product, and I totally recommend it.

"Super quiet and saves on energy"
This thing is super quiet and really saves on energy. My electric bill hasn’t gone up at all. I leave it on auto all day, every day, and it works great for me. With my allergies, I’ve noticed a big drop in sneezing—from several times a day down to just a couple. I was a bit worried about how it would perform in my split-level home, but it does a fantastic job of cleaning the air. Absolutely love it!

"It is quiet and energy efficient"
It is quiet and energy efficient. There is no noticible rise in my electric bill. I keep it on auto, 24/7, and that is perfect for me. I have allergies and the sneezing is significantly reduced from several times a day to just two or three. Living in a split level home had me questioning if it would work well, but it fulfills it's duty to clean the air. Love it!

"Pleasant and peaceful unit"
I haven't had this product for long, but I'm really enjoying it so far. It's super quiet, and I think I'm noticing an improvement in the air quality. The adjustable fan speed and automatic settings are great features. I didn't give it a full 5 stars because I'm a bit let down that I can't swap out the UV-C bulb. From what I've heard, UV-C only works effectively for a certain number of hours. Customer service mentioned that the bulb should last around 7 years. But is that 7 years of nonstop use? How many hours until it starts losing its effectiveness?

"Nice, quiet unit"
I have not had the product long but so far I like it. It’s incredibly quiet and I believe I notice a difference in the air quality. I like the variable fan speed and auto options. I did not rate 5 stars because I am disappointed that I can not replace the UV-C bulb. From my understanding, UV-C is only effective for a limited number of hours. I was told by their customer service that the bulb would last 7 years. Is that 7 years of continuous use? How many hours before the efficacy wanes?

I have extreme allergies and I can immediate feel the difference in the air quality. I also like that it is easy to move from my bedroom to the main living area durning the day. Highly recommended
